New main water line from meter to house.

What water line replacement & installation involves

Water line replacement removes the main line that brings water from the meter at the street into your home and installs a new one. It is the fix when an old galvanized or polybutylene line keeps leaking, when pressure has dropped because the pipe is corroded inside, or when a break is too large to repair.

New water line installation is needed for new construction, additions, outbuildings and moving the meter connection.

Mesquite Plumbing plans the route, excavates, installs a new line sized for your home's demand and connects it at the meter and the house. We restore water as quickly as the job allows and explain how long service will be off before we start.

Before any digging, we arrange for buried utility lines to be marked so the excavation is safe. Then we plan the trench to protect your driveway, landscaping and trees where we can.

We test the new line before backfilling.
