Our story
Mesquite Plumbing has been fixing pipes in North Texas since 1951. That is 75 years of burst pipes, backed-up sewers, slab leaks and water heaters that quit on the coldest morning of the year, and the same promise the whole time: when you call, a plumber comes.
The company took its name from Mesquite, and Mesquite is still a home base for our crews, with a second location in town on the way. Our shop and trucks run out of Crandall, at 12899 County Rd 4124, which puts us in the middle of the towns we serve, from Dallas and Garland to Forney, Terrell and Kaufman.
Today we are a team of 130+ employees, with a service department of 25 to 28 plumbers on the road. That depth is why we can answer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and why the nearest plumber is usually already close by. In the Mesquite area our emergency response is typically 30 to 60 minutes in the Mesquite area.
We work for homeowners and for businesses: restaurants, offices, retail stores and property managers. Our plumbers are licensed and insured, and the company is accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Mesquite Plumbing is part of Ascension Property Services.
What we stand for
How we work
- Answer the phone
- Every hour of every day, a real dispatcher picks up. Emergencies do not keep office hours, so neither do we.
- Tell it straight
- We explain what failed, what it takes to fix, and your options before any work starts. If a repair is not worth it, we say so.
- Take care of the neighbors
- Veterans, seniors and first responders get 5% off, because these are the people who look after our towns.
- Know our limits
- We fix plumbing. For water damage drying and restoration we refer you to Hunt Restoration, and we do not file or handle insurance claims.
